DONALD L. CUPPS

Cordelia F. Herrin became associated with the firm in 2010, following eighteen years of legal practice in Cassville with former Senator Emory Melton.

Ms. Herrin received a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, in 1988, and graduated from University of Missouri School of Law in 1991. While in law school she was a member of the Missouri Law Review. After law school Ms. Herrin served as the Judicial Clerk for The Honorable Harold W. Lowenstein on the Missouri Western District Court of Appeals, before moving to Cassville in 1992.

HARRY D. SCHWARTZ
Harry D. Schwartz graduated from William Jewel College in 2015, and earned his Juris Doctor at Washburn University School of Law in 2020. While in law school Harry served as Student Body President.
Previously an Associate Attorney with a firm in Overland Park, Kansas, Harry joined the firm as an Associate in August, 2022, handling primarily family law and commercial litigation cases.
Harry looks forward to becoming more involved with the Barry and Lawrence County communities.
